Turtle brownies

Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Milnot |
| 1 | Box chocolate cake mix | |
| (devils food) | ||
| ¾ | cup | Melted margarine |
| 1 | cup | Chopped pecans |
| 1 | cup | Chocolate chips |
Directions
In a bowl, add cake mix, melted margarine, ⅓ cup Milnot, and nuts.
Stir until batter holds together. Put ½ batter in greased cake pan (9x13 inches) and bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes, until it appears slightly dry. In a saucepan, melt caramels and rest of the Milnot. Spread that over half of the baked batter. Top with chocolate chips and then remaining batter and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
