Turkey wild rice supreme

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Ground turkey |
| 1 | can | Mushrooms -- drained |
| ½ | cup | Celery -- chopped |
| ½ | cup | Carrots -- shredded |
| 1 | cup | Onion -- chopped |
| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 2 | cups | Sour cream |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 6 | cups | Cooked wild rice |
| ½ | cup | Almond slivers |
Directions
Brown turkey, set aside. Saute mushrooms, celery, carrots and onions in butter 5-10 minutes. Combine sour cream, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add wild rice, turkey, sauteed vegetables and almonds (reserving a few for garnish.) Toss lightly. Place mixture in a lightly greased 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Stir several times during baking. Add more water if needed, and season to taste. Garnish with reserved almonds and parsley sprigs, if desired.
