Turkey italian sausage with red sauce

1packButterball Turkey Italian Sausage (1 lb)
1largeOnion, chopped
½poundsMushrooms, sliced
½Green bell pepper, chopped
1Garlic clove, minced
¼cupChicken broth or dry white wine
1canTomato sauce (15 oz)
1canStewed tomatoes, drained (14 1/2 oz)
2tablespoonsTomato paste
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
1cupCooked Mahatma Rice

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey sausage and brown 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and onion to skillet; cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms, pepper and garlic; cook 5 minutes more. Pour in broth and cook over medium-high heat about 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Return sausage to skillet.
