Turkey italian sausage with red sauce

| 1 | pack | Butterball Turkey Italian Sausage (1 lb) |
| 1 | large | Onion, chopped |
| ½ | pounds | Mushrooms, sliced |
| ½ | Green bell pepper, chopped | |
| 1 | Garlic clove, minced | |
| ¼ | cup | Chicken broth or dry white wine |
| 1 | can | Tomato sauce (15 oz) |
| 1 | can | Stewed tomatoes, drained (14 1/2 oz) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Tomato paste |
| ½ | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
| 1 | cup | Cooked Mahatma Rice |
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey sausage and brown 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and onion to skillet; cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms, pepper and garlic; cook 5 minutes more. Pour in broth and cook over medium-high heat about 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Return sausage to skillet.
