Trick or treat bread pudding

Measure Ingredient
1 Loaf stale French bread; crumbled (or 68
; cups any type
; bread) (10 ounce)
4 cups Milk
2 cups Sugar
8 teaspoons Butter; melted
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 cups Candy; either bitesize or
(3 to 4)
; cutup into bitesize
; pieces

Combine all ingredients; mixture should be very moist but not soupy. Pour into buttered 9x12" or larger baking dish. Place into nonpreheated oven.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, until top is golden brown. Serve warm with Caramel Pecan Sauce (recipe below). 1620 servings.
