Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Leftover chicken; beef, Pork, or whatever, ground |
| 2 | cups | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | cup | Sweet pickle relish |
| 2 | Onions; chopped | |
| 3 | Stalks celery; chopped | |
| 1 | small | Packet sliced almonds |
| 2 | tablespoons | Capers |
Directions
1. Grind meat through a coarse food blade.
2. Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Make into sandwiches or use as a spread on crackers.
