Ingredients

2poundsLeftover chicken; beef, Pork, or whatever, ground
2cupsMayonnaise
1cupSweet pickle relish
2Onions; chopped
3Stalks celery; chopped
1smallPacket sliced almonds
2tablespoonsCapers

Directions

1. Grind meat through a coarse food blade.

2. Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Make into sandwiches or use as a spread on crackers.
