Tony lobianco's orange/lemon/garlic chicken

60 | Milliliters Garlic, mince | |
¼ | cup | Shallots, mince |
¼ | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
¼ | teaspoon | Rosemary |
Salt and ground pepper | ||
¼ | cup | Ex-virgin olive oil |
¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
2 | tablespoons | Parsley, mince |
½ | cup | White wine |
Directions
Put chicken in a baking dish. Squeeze oranges and lemons over chicken.
Sprinkle on all remaining ingredients except wine. Top with some slices of oranges and lemons. Bake in preheated 400~ oven for 20 minutes. Pour over white wine and broil for 15 to 20 minutes to crisp.
