| 1 | pounds | Short ribs |
| ¼ | cup | Red wine |
| 2 | 28 oz. cans plum tomatoes with basil | |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh basil leaves |
| 2 | 6 oz. cans tomato paste | |
Directions
MEATBALLS
SAUCE
Directions: Meatballs - Mix all ingredients well. Wet fingers to form balls.
Sauce - Brown garlic in olive oil in pan. Add meatballs and ribs until brown.
Combine all ingredients in pan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked linguine.
