Tofu baked in a lemon-rosemary marinade

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Firm tofu; cut 1/2\" slices |
| 3 | tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice; strained |
| 1 | tablespoon | Balsamic vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Shoyu |
| ½ | teaspoon | Minced fresh rosemary |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil; plus |
| 1 | teaspoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | pinch | Freshly-ground white pepper |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tofu in a baking dish and pour over marinade. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and marinade has been absorbed.
