½ teaspoon | Minced fresh rosemary |
1 tablespoon | Olive oil; plus |
1 teaspoon | Olive oil |
1 pinch | Freshly-ground white pepper |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tofu in a baking dish and pour over marinade. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and marinade has been absorbed.
