Tofu baked in a lemon-rosemary marinade

1poundsFirm tofu; cut 1/2\" slices
3tablespoonsFresh lemon juice; strained
1tablespoonBalsamic vinegar
2tablespoonsShoyu
½teaspoonMinced fresh rosemary
1tablespoonOlive oil; plus
1teaspoonOlive oil
1pinchFreshly-ground white pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tofu in a baking dish and pour over marinade. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and marinade has been absorbed.
