Tofu baked in a lemon-rosemary marinade

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Firm tofu; cut 1/2\" slices
3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice; strained
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Shoyu
½ teaspoon Minced fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon Olive oil; plus
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 pinch Freshly-ground white pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tofu in a baking dish and pour over marinade. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and marinade has been absorbed.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
