1 pounds | Confectioner's sugar |

8 ounces | Cream cheese |
Mix cake mix, egg, butter and pecans thoroughly. Pat out flat in 13x9" baking pan. Mix sugar, eggs and cream cheese thoroughly and pour over cake mix. Bake 45-50 minutes in preheated 350 F oven. 20-24 squares.
