|1 pounds||Welsh bacon rashers or ham|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper|
GlNLEDD Y CYBYDD Peel and slice the potatoes and onions. Place in salted water and bring to the boil. Then add the s#ices of bacon or tha piace of ham. Add pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 1½ to 2 hours. Drain and serve hot or cold.
