The best bread pudding you'll ever eat

Ingredients

1cupCream
4Eggs; well beaten
1cupMilk
1cupSugar
1teaspoonVanilla extract
¼teaspoonSalt
2tablespoonsFlour
1can(large) Evaporated Milk; (I use 1 pint Half & Half)
½Stick margarine
1cupSugar
1teaspoonVanilla extract

Directions

PUDDING

SAUCE

Break bread in large pieces, place in baking dish. Combine all ingredients and pour over the bread. Mix and sprinkle over above: 1 teaspoon Cinnamon and ¼ cup sugar. Dot with butter and bake at 375ø for one hour. This is best served warm. (See Sauce recipe below) Mix ingredients for Sauce and cook until thickened.
