Thai peanut salsa

¾ cup Coconut milk; thick
½ cup Smooth peanut butter; (like Laura

2 teaspoons Raw sugar; (palm, turbinato,
\N \N ; etc.)
2 teaspoons Chile powder; (cayenne,
\N \N ; California, etc.)
2 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Tamari soy sauce

Place ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

This is a salsa to use with satays or grilled fish.
