1teaspoonCornstarch;
2tablespoonsTamari; chestnuts, mung beans sprouts, green onions, bamboo shoots, carrot, or vegetable to your liking
dashCayenne,;
dashToasted sesame oil;

Directions

EGG FOO YOUNG

SAUCE

Fry in a small amount of oil on a hot griddle, turning once. Serve with sauce. Serve with rice.
