Terrye newkirk: egg foo young

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Eggs; beaten
(egg beaters will work)
Fresh ginger; grated
1 cup To 2 c vegetables; chopped such as celery, water
1 cup Water;
1 teaspoon Cornstarch;
2 tablespoons Tamari; chestnuts, mung beans sprouts, green onions, bamboo shoots, carrot, or vegetable to your liking
dash Cayenne,;
dash Toasted sesame oil;

EGG FOO YOUNG

SAUCE

Fry in a small amount of oil on a hot griddle, turning once. Serve with sauce. Serve with rice.
