Tangy mustard cauliflower

½cupSour cream
1teaspoonChopped onion
1teaspoonPrepared mustard
½cupShredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook cauliflower and drain. Combine sour cream with onion and mustard.

Spread on hot cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand in saucepan until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Serve whole, right side up in serving dish.
