Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 mediums Tangelos
cup Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg

Directions

Peel tangelos. Carefully separate tangelos into 4 sections, sunburst fashion. Combine cream, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in small bowl; whip until stiff. Spoon into centers of tangelos. Serve immediately.
