Syrian chicken with rice

Ingredients

4Chicken breasts or legs (up to 6)
½cupLight oil
tablespoonLemon juice
1largeClove of garlic (minced)
½teaspoonOregano
1teaspoonBlack pepper
1teaspoonPaprika
teaspoonCayenne

Directions

Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken and let marinate in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
