|4||Chicken breasts or legs (up to 6)|
|½ cup||Light oil|
|1½ tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|1 large||Clove of garlic (minced)|
|1 teaspoon||Black pepper|
Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken and let marinate in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
