Syrian chicken with rice

Ingredients

| 4 | Chicken breasts or legs (up to 6) | |
| ½ | cup | Light oil |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | large | Clove of garlic (minced) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Cayenne |
Directions
Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken and let marinate in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
