2tablespoonsGreen Pepper -- chopped
3Cloves Garlic -- minced
2tablespoonsVegetable Oil
1poundsLean Ground Beef -- coarsely ground
2tablespoonsChili Powder
1can(16 Oz) Tomatoes
1can(16 Oz) Pinto Beans

Directions

Saute onions, green pepper, and garlic in vegetable oil until tender.

Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Add chili powder, tomatoes, and beans. Heat thoroughly, adding water it needed. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
