1Celery stalk
1Green onion
½Bell pepper
1smallCarrot
¼cupLemon juice
1tablespoonFresh parsley
1tablespoonMixed herbs and spices (I used Spike)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Run through the blender and serve with pita.
