Sweet mollies

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Butter, softened
¾ cup Granulated sugar
¾ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 \N Eggs
1 pack (12 ounce) butterscotch chips
1 pack (6 1/2 ounce) regular potato chips*, finely crushed

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in butterscotch chips and potato chips. Drop by rounded teaspoon- fuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375F degree oven for 9-11 minutes or until golden. Let stand 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies

Serving Ideas : *I prefer Lay's Plain potato chips in the yellow bag! NOTES : There was a cafe in Yorba Linda, CA, called Sweet Nicks. They made these cookies and they became so popular that the the city of Yorba Linda named them the official cookie of the city.
