Sweet and spicy german mustard

Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Mustard seed | 
| ½ | cup | Dry mustard | 
| 1 | cup | Cold water | 
| 2 | cups | Cider vinegar | 
| 4 | eaches | Garlic cloves | 
| ¼ | cup | Brown sugar | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Allspice | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Tarragon | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Tumeric | 
| 4 | teaspoons | Honey | 
Directions
Combine seeds and mustard with cold water.  Allow to sit refrigerated overnight.
Combine all remaining ingredients except honey.  Simmer, uncovered 10-15 minutes, reduce volume by one half.  Pour this mixture through a strainer, into mustard and seed mixture.  Blenderize thoroughly.  Cook in double boiler until consistancy of gravy.  Add Honey.  Will keep refrigerated several years.
