Sweet & sour fish sauce (nam pla prig)

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 mediums Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
1 tablespoon Hot Red Chili Or Cayenne Pepper Flakes, Crushed
6 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
¼ cup Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)
½ cup White Sugar
1 cup Warm Water

Yield: 1¾ Cups Of Sauce

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.

Serve at room temperature.
