Super duper scooper cookie

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 \N Sticks unsalted butter; softened
¾ cup Granulated sugar
¾ cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 \N Eggs
3 cups Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1½ cup Chopped Pecans
1 cup Raisins

Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Directions: Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In electric mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Add in one egg at a time. Mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and raisins.

With ice cream scooper, scoop mixture into heart-shaped pans. Bake for 1 hour. Bake 35-40 minutes at 275 degrees.
