Summer fruit en papillote

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Mixed fresh berries
2 cups Mixed; peeled and sliced
\N \N ; peaches, pears,
\N \N ; plums, nectarines,
\N \N ; pineapple
3 tablespoons White wine
2 teaspoons Orange juice
\N \N Parchment paper or aluminum foil cut into
\N \N ; 6 inch sheets
2 teaspoons Sugar
\N \N Vanilla cream sauce

Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix berries, fruit, white wine, juice and sugar. Without puncturing the parchment or foil, make a boat or box of each sheet by folding up the edges. Divide the fruit mixture equally among the packets. Pull edges together and fold over several times, creating a seal. Place fruit packets on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. Serve by peeling back the sides of packets and top with cream sauce.
