| 2 | eggs; well beaten | |
| 6 | squab livers | |
| 1 | salt and pepper | |
| 1 | fresh bread crumbs | |
Directions
Cream butter; add eggs, well beaten; add the livers, finely chopped and the hearts, if desired; season with salt and pepper and add enough bread crumbs to form a soft dressing that will drop from the spoon.
