¼cupwhite bread crumbs
1egg; well beaten
½cupmilk; or cream
1pepper and salt
¼cupalmonds; blanched

Directions

Soak crumbs in milk, or milk and cream, mixed; add butter stirred to a cream, season to taste, add almonds, chopped.

Enough for 3 squabs.
