| 2 | tablespoons | butter |
| ¼ | cup | white bread crumbs |
| 1 | egg; well beaten | |
| ½ | cup | milk; or cream |
| 1 | pepper and salt | |
| ¼ | cup | almonds; blanched |
Directions
Soak crumbs in milk, or milk and cream, mixed; add butter stirred to a cream, season to taste, add almonds, chopped.
Enough for 3 squabs.
