Stir-fried bean sprouts with tofu

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Tofu |
| 4 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic, finely chopped |
| 1 | pounds | Bean sprouts |
| 5 | eaches | Green onions, cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
Directions
Drain the tofu & cube. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat & stir-fry the garlic for a few minutes, until it turns golden. Set aside. Add the tofu, stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the bean sprouts, onions, salt, pepper & soy sauce. Add the reserved garlic. Stir-fry for no more than 1 minute. Sprinkle with another dash of pepper & serve hot.
