Measure Ingredient
1 cup Soy sauce
½ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Onion powder
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Tobasco sauce
2 teaspoons Ginger, ground
½ cup Water
½ cup Sherry
½ teaspoon Chinese 5-spice
1½ tablespoon Worchestershire sauce

Coot until mixed. Add cornstarch to thicken to desired thickness
