Steamer salmon with wine sauce

Ingredients

2tablespoonsButter or marg; melted
2tablespoonsWhite wine
1tablespoonFresh parsley; minced
1smallGarlic clove; minced
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Arrange steaks in rice bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Add 1 cup water to reservoir, cover and steam from 19 to 22 minutes.
