Steamer salmon with wine sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 eaches Salmon steaks; 1\" thick
2 tablespoons Butter or marg; melted
2 tablespoons White wine
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley; minced
1 small Garlic clove; minced
½ teaspoon Salt

Arrange steaks in rice bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Add 1 cup water to reservoir, cover and steam from 19 to 22 minutes.

Serves 4
