Steamer salmon with wine sauce

4 | eaches | Salmon steaks; 1\" thick |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or marg; melted |
2 | tablespoons | White wine |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh parsley; minced |
1 | small | Garlic clove; minced |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Arrange steaks in rice bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Add 1 cup water to reservoir, cover and steam from 19 to 22 minutes.
Serves 4
