Salmon in white wine and mushroom sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Salmon steaks
¼ pounds Chopped mushrooms
½ pint White wine
½ pint Water
¼ pint Cream
Salt and pepper to season

Poach salmon with sliced mushrooms, wine and water for 4 minutes at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F / gas mark 4. When cooked, remove the salmon steaks, cover and keep warm. Reduce the wine and mushroom stock, add the cream and reduce until it starts to thicken. Season and serve.
