Steamed tofu `cake'

| 400 | grams | Silky soft tofu - mashed up |
| 100 | grams | Frozen mixed vegies (thawed) peas, corn, carrots, string beans, etc (comes in a pack in the frozen section) |
| 1 | Egg substitute | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cornstarch |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Light soya sauce |
| Ground black pepper | ||
| Fresh parsley | ||
| Other herbs like rosemary, sage.... up to you! | ||
Directions
