Steamed tofu `cake'

400gramsSilky soft tofu - mashed up
100gramsFrozen mixed vegies (thawed) peas, corn, carrots, string beans, etc (comes in a pack in the frozen section)
1Egg substitute
2teaspoonsCornstarch
1teaspoonSugar
2teaspoonsVegetarian Worcestershire sauce
2teaspoonsSalt
1tablespoonLight soya sauce
Ground black pepper
Fresh parsley
Other herbs like rosemary, sage.... up to you!

Directions
