Squash halves with mango

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Acorn squash; halved & seeded
½ cup Chopped mango
½ cup Chopped plums
½ cup Seedless grapes
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Curry powder

Place squash halves, hollow side up, in microwave dish. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cook at high 8 minutes or until tender. Combine mango, plums and grapes and fill squash halves. Sprinkle with sugar and curry powder . Cover loosely with plastic and microwave at high 3 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
