Splnach pie parma

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Seasoned croutons --
\N \N Coarsely crushed
¼ cup Melted butter
¼ cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
1 pack Frozen spinach
10 ounces Chopped, thawed drained
1 cup Small-curd cottage cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese -- 4 oz
\N \N Shredded
3 eaches Eggs beaten
½ teaspoon Instant minced onion
2 tablespoons Dairy sour Cream
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
\N \N Thin tomato slices,
\N \N Optional
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated

Combine croutons and butter: mix well. Press into bottom of an ungreased 9-in. pie pan. Mix together remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese; Spoon over crust. Bake at 350 deg. for 35 minutes. Garnish with tomato slices sprinkled with reserved Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings
