Spinach souffle' mixture

| 1 | pack | (12 oz) frozen spinach (chopped very fine) (thawed) |
| ⅓ | cup | Seasoned breadcrumbs |
| ⅓ | cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine spinace (well drained) breadcrumvbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. . Makes about 1¾ c mixture.
