Spinach salad with kalamata olives, tomatoes and feta

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
10 ounces Spinach; 1 Inch Thick
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing
4 ounces Feta Cheese; Crumbled
1 cup Kalamata Olives; Pitted

Place the spinach in a salad bowl. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the spinach and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle the feta and olives over the salad and serve.
