Spicy red chili lavosh

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces All purpose flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Chili powder
⅛ ounce Yeast
1 \N Egg white
1 \N Tablesppn butter
½ teaspoon White vinegar
⅓ cup Water
\N \N For the chili cracker cups:

Combine everything together except the water and mix with the dough hook. Add in the water slowly. You may not need all of it. Mix the dough for 8 minutes, then allow it to rest until it doubles in size.

Roll the dough very thing, dock and cut rounds 5 inches in diameter.

Then on a cookie sheet drape rounds over an inverted cup so that the dough itself forms a cup. Bake in a 400 degree oven until golden brown.
