Spam ball

Measure Ingredient
1 can Spam (12 oz)
4 tablespoons Pimiento-stuffed olives
1 tablespoon Horseradish mustard
\N \N Hot pepper sauce to taste

Carla Scott of Chester, Idaho, won first place in the recent Empire Fair Spam recipe competition in Sioux Falls. Her creation, an appetizer called Spam Ball, earned her a $100 first prize and the right to compete in the national Spam recipe competition.

Blend the above ingredients together in a blender. Form in a ball on a serving dish. Chill.

Mix 4 ounces softened cream cheese with 2 teaspoons milk; frost Spam ball. Chill.

Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Trim with parsley flakes.
