Spaghetti alla carbonara

| 1 | pounds | Bacon cut in pieces |
| ½ | pounds | Onions cut in pieces |
| ¾ | pounds | Mushrooms halved |
| ½ | cup | Whipping cream or half&half |
| ⅓ | cup | Parsley chopped |
| 2 | eaches | Eggs |
| ½ | cup | Parmesan cheese |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Red pepper |
| 1 | pounds | Spaghetti |
| Butter and olive oil | ||
Directions
1. Cook bacon and drain on a towel 2. Cook onion in olive oil until soft - drain 3. Cook mushrooms in butter - drain 4. Put bacon, onions, and mushrooms together 5. In a bowl beat eggs, cream, cheese, parsley, and pepper. 6. Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain DO NOT RINSE 7. Place hot spaghetti in a bowl. 8. Put bacon mixture on top. 9.
