Ingredients

1poundsLean chuck steak -- cut into
1\" cubes
1eachRed chili peppers or....
½teaspoonCrushed red pepper
1eachMedium onions -- chopped
2Cloves garlic -- minced
6ouncesTomato paste
tablespoonChili powder
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonCumin seed
½teaspoonMarjoram

Directions

Soak beans in water overnight. Brown salt pork in skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit. In slow-cooking pot, combine soaked beans (with water), browned pork, and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
