Directions
From : Sallie Krebs, Thu 06 Jul 95 04:00, Area: COOKING Dredge pheasant pieces with flour, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Brown all pieces turning once. Place in casse- role, pour mushroom soup over top, cover and bake in a preheated 325 oven for thirty or forty minutes or until tender. Serve with gravy made from the pan drippings.
