Smooth & tasty kidney bean dip

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Cooked AM Kidney Beans (1-1/2 cups dried) |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese; OR... Creamy tofu |
| ½ | cup | Mild picante sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Tamari sauce (optional) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chili powder |
| ½ | cup | Green enchilada sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Directions
Blend (in blender or food processor) all ingredients. Serve with fresh vegetable pieces or tortilla chips.
