Smoked trout potato or macaroni salad

Ingredients

6cupsCooked diced potatoes or macaroni
½cupGreen onions; chopped
1cupCucumber; diced
1cupCelery; diced
2cupsMayonnaise
¼cupMilk
2tablespoonsParsley; minced
1tablespoonDill weed, dried
¼teaspoonPepper
2tablespoonsLemon juice
12Cherry tomatoes
12slicesCucumber
Parsley; for garnish

Directions

Flake fish and mix with potatoes or macaroni, onions, cucumber, celery, parsley and dill. Combine mayo, milk, pepper and lemon juice.

Pour over fish mixture. Toss salad gently. Garnish with cucumber, tomatoes and parsley.
