Smoked trout romanoff

Ingredients

1 pounds Hot smoked lake trout
2 cups Sour cream
1 cup Cottage cheese
6 ounces Noodles
1 clove Garlic; chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
Tabasco
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated

Directions

Place cottage cheese and sour cream in a bowl and season with tabasco.

Saute onions and garlic in butter until transparent and add to cheese mixture. Flake fish and add.

Cook noodles. Drain and mix with other ingredients. Place mixture in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
