Smoked cheese patties

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Ground beef
1 pack Dry onion soup mix
1 teaspoon Pepper
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Slices of cheddar or -
\N \N Velveeta cheese food

Mix all ingredients well and form into THIN patties. Smoke patties in your smoker for 30 minutes. Sandwich cheese slices between smoked patties and crimp the edges. Lightly grill, salting to taste. Serve to the family hamburger king for further processing, usually rave reviews.
