Slow cooked devilled beef

| 8 | ounces | Onions, sliced |
| 10 | ounces | Plain flour |
| 14 | ounces | Tin tomatoes |
| 1 | ounce | Dripping |
| 1 | Crushed garlic clove | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Made mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chutney |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |

Directions
cut beef into 2.5cm/1" cubes, melt dripping in pan and fry beef with onions and garlic until brown. Lift out with slotted spoon, place in cooker. Stir flour into pan, cook 1 minute. Stir in rest, bring to boil, pour over the meat, cover, cook on HIGH 30 minutes, low 6-7 hours.
