Skinny mashed potatoes

Measure Ingredient
5 larges Potatoes - 1" pieces
2 14.5 oz. can Swanson chicken broth
Pepper to taste

Directions: In a saucepan, place the potatoes into the broth. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving broth. Mash the potatoes with 1¼ cups of the broth and pepper. Serves 6. Converted by MC_Buster.
