Sierra chicken stew

Ingredients

1poundsChicken breast; skinned, boned and cut in
2tablespoonsAll-purpose flour
2tablespoonsOlive oil
2Cloves garlic; minced
8ouncesCan whole kernel corn with sweet pe; drained
cupRipe olives; sliced
1canZesty tomato soup
cupWater
2tablespoonsLemon juice

Directions

Coat chicken with flour. In a 4 quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken with garlic until chicken is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
