Shrimp skewers with snappy sauce

1poundsLg. shrimp with tails on; cooked and chilled
¼Head firm iceberg lettuce; cut into 16 small chunks
2Lemons; each cut into 8 wedges
½cupKetchup
2tablespoonsPrepared horseradish; drained
½teaspoonLemon juice
½teaspoonSugar
¼teaspoonDried dill weed
teaspoonSalt

Directions

SNAPPY SAUCE

On each skewer, place one shrimp, a chunk of lettuce, a second shrimp and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately with Snappy Sauce or chill until ready to serve.

SNAPPY SAUCE: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
