Shrimp skewers with snappy sauce

| 1 | pounds | Lg. shrimp with tails on; cooked and chilled |
| ¼ | Head firm iceberg lettuce; cut into 16 small chunks | |
| 2 | Lemons; each cut into 8 wedges | |
| ½ | cup | Ketchup |
| 2 | tablespoons | Prepared horseradish; drained |
| ½ | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dried dill weed |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
SNAPPY SAUCE
On each skewer, place one shrimp, a chunk of lettuce, a second shrimp and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately with Snappy Sauce or chill until ready to serve.
SNAPPY SAUCE: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
