Shrimp skewers with snappy sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
16 smalls Wooden skewers
1 pounds Lg. shrimp with tails on; cooked and chilled
¼ \N Head firm iceberg lettuce; cut into 16 small chunks
2 \N Lemons; each cut into 8 wedges
½ cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish; drained
½ teaspoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Dried dill weed
⅛ teaspoon Salt

SNAPPY SAUCE

On each skewer, place one shrimp, a chunk of lettuce, a second shrimp and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately with Snappy Sauce or chill until ready to serve.

SNAPPY SAUCE: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
