|16 smalls||Wooden skewers|
|1 pounds||Lg. shrimp with tails on; cooked and chilled|
|¼ \N||Head firm iceberg lettuce; cut into 16 small chunks|
|2 \N||Lemons; each cut into 8 wedges|
|2 tablespoons||Prepared horseradish; drained|
|½ teaspoon||Lemon juice|
|¼ teaspoon||Dried dill weed|
On each skewer, place one shrimp, a chunk of lettuce, a second shrimp and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately with Snappy Sauce or chill until ready to serve.
SNAPPY SAUCE: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
