1 pounds | Lg. shrimp with tails on; cooked and chilled |
¼ \N | Head firm iceberg lettuce; cut into 16 small chunks |
2 \N | Lemons; each cut into 8 wedges |
½ cup | Ketchup |
2 tablespoons | Prepared horseradish; drained |
½ teaspoon | Lemon juice |
½ teaspoon | Sugar |
¼ teaspoon | Dried dill weed |
⅛ teaspoon | Salt |
SNAPPY SAUCE
On each skewer, place one shrimp, a chunk of lettuce, a second shrimp and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately with Snappy Sauce or chill until ready to serve.
SNAPPY SAUCE: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
