Shrimp pizza

Ingredients

3cansShrimp; 4-1/2 to 5 oz. ea.
cupOnion; chopped
3Garlic cloves; finely choppd
½cupShortening (or oil); melted
18ouncesTomato paste, Italian style
cupParsley; chopped
teaspoonOregano
3Pizza crusts (9\"); unbaked
¾poundsCheese, Mozzarella; thinly sliced

Directions

Drain shrimp and rinse with cold water. Cook onion and garlic in shortenign until tender. Add tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; add parsley and oregano. Place pizza crusts on well-greased baking pans. Cover each crust with one-third of the sauce, one-third of the shrimp, and one-third of the cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese melts.
