Shrimp and asparagus pizza

| ¾ | pounds | Med shrimp; peel, devein -- half lengthwise |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic -- minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Lemon peel |
| 1½ | cup | Meunster; chred -- divide |
| 1 | 12\" pizza crust | |
| 2 | Plum tomatoes -- diced | |
Directions
Preheat 450~. Heat oil, add asparagus and cook until tender-crisp, 5 to 6 minutes. Add shrimp, garlic, salt and lemon peel; cook, stirring, just until shrimp is opaque, 1-½ minutes. Sprinkle ¾ c Muenster over crust. Add shrimp and asparagus mixture; top with ¾ c Muenster and tomatoes. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice: 310 Cal; 14 gr Fat.
