Shepherd's pie ***** # 10

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Oil
2 Onions, minced
2 Celery stalks, minced
2 Carrots,finely diced
1 pounds Lean ground beef
½ teaspoon Savory
1 teaspoon Salt
10 ounces Can of cream corn
4 cups Mashed potatoes

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat the oil in a skillet.

Saute the onions, celery and carrots. Add the beef and brown. Season eith savory and salt. Drain excess fat. Place the meat mixture in a casserole dish. Pour the corn over the meat. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
